- How does your pricing work?
- We scope the whole job, then give you one clear figure. Filming, editing, travel, extra crew and studio hire are all itemised up front. What's agreed in the scope is one price - no mystery line items later. Use the quote builder on the contact page for a real ballpark.
- What's included as standard?
- Every project includes director/camera, sound, professional kit, royalty-free music, captions, all standard deliverables, and travel. Unlimited revisions until sign-off (within 7 days of first drafts). First drafts in 5-10 working days, with Fast-Track 24/48/72 hour options from £495 + VAT.
- How do payments work?
- 50% to book, 50% on delivery (within 30 days of the shoot). Spreads the cost and secures your date. For larger campaigns we can split into thirds. Finance available on projects from £1,495.
- What could change the quote after we agree it?
- Usually only two things: we shoot for longer than planned, or the edit brief grows (more videos, more formats). We agree all of it before the day - never after.
- Worth flagging when you enquire
- Subtitles/burnt-in captions, vertical cutdowns from landscape, urgent turnarounds, custom graphics beyond our standard lower-thirds/logo intros, and social scheduling. Any of those in the mix? Tell us up front and we'll include them in the fixed quote.
- Do you travel outside Northamptonshire?
- Yes, UK and international. We've shot in Spain, Portugal, Gibraltar, Germany and Dublin. UK travel is always factored into the quote - never a surprise.
- Can you work to a fixed deadline?
- Yes. First drafts in 5-10 working days as standard, with Fast-Track 24/48/72 hour first-draft turnarounds when you need them (from £495 + VAT). We build deadlines into every contract.
